Description:
This clay brick production line is mainly used to manufacturing hollow brick from clay material. In masonry constructions, soft mud is the most common, as this material is the most economical. The whole line is started with the raw clay, preferably in a mix with 25-30% sand to reduce shrinkage. The clay is first ground and then has to mix with water to the desired consistency. And then mixture is pressed into steel moulds with a hydraulic press. Clay brick machine has to be applied in for efficient production.
